“I would rather be late for something, or not turn up for something or miss something, if it meant I had to miss the gym. I just can’t do it,” Joe Cocking, a club doorman and retail assistant, said as he blow-dried his hair.
“The girls I am trying to attract… they wouldn’t go for a guy who doesn’t look after himself.”
